POSTAGE: We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (Exc Bank Holidays), We dispatch within 2 Working Days.

 

CUSTOMER CARE: Please note we only respond to emails Monday to Friday during working hours, we do not check emails during weekends and bank holidays. All emails are normally answered within the same working day on busy periods please allow 2 working days.

 

DEADLINES: We make every effort to meet your delivery deadlines however we cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail delays or delays due to Bank Holidays. You should receive your items within 5 working days. Please contact us immediately should your parcel not arrive.

 

UNAVAILABLE STOCK: In the unlikely event that you order something and we do not have it in stock we will email you giving a reasonable time frame for delivery or offer you a full refund.

 

RETURNS: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) you must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition and suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.
