  • 2 cups of fat-free raspberry or flavoured yogurt of your choice

  • 1 cup reduced-fat granola cereal

  • 2 medium firm bananas, sliced

  • 1 tin of mandarin oranges, drained

Method

 

  1. Create layers of creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, banana slices and mandarin oranges in these safe and stylish sundae dishes.

  2. Layer half the yogurt, granola, bananas and oranges equally across four sundae dishes.

  3. Repeat layers & serve immediately with a sprinkling of sugar to finish.
